Last Week’s Action:
• Medina led North Florida to its second consecutive Atlantic Sun Conference title and a bid to next month’s national championship tournament.
• Her two-year partner at the top of UNF’s lineup is Anna Budinska, also an AVSR Global recruit. They led the Ospreys to an 11-0 league mark this year, sweeping last week’s playoffs.
• Medina was a four-year starter at middle blocker for North Florida’s indoor team.
• An elite student, Medina has won Atlantic Sun academic honors each year since arriving as a freshman. She’s majoring in International Business.
