Each week of the spring and fall seasons, one player who was originally reported as a recruit by AVSR Global is named Player of the Week for an exceptional performance.
Sept. 2, 2024: Andrea Simovski
Utah State University.

NCAA Division I.
Freshman. 6'1" Outside Hitter.

Last Week’s Action:
• Simovski was an instant fit at six rotations in her American debut. She led Utah State in scoring and serve reception to start the season.
• The Aggies opened at the Utah Classic in Salt Lake City. They defeated Green Bay 3-2 and fell to Texas-El Paso 3-0 and host Utah 3-1.
• Simovski led Utah State in points, ace serves and receiving percentage. She was second among Aggie hitters with 34 kills and .253 efficiency.
• Utah State is defending champion of the Mountain West Conference. Last year’s Aggies were 17-1 in the league and 24-7 overall.
• Simovski played last season in Serbia’s top women’s league, SuperLiga, for OK Radnički. She also competed for the club’s junior team.
• In earlier years Simovski played for OK Roda, Red Star and Lucky Star. She started playing volleyball at age 8.
